Time to update!
The Twin Comanche is still in the shop, completing the annual inspection and adding an Aspen E5 and JPI EDM 960. It appears to me (and my IA?) that the Plane will be out of the fresh annual on Nov 16, but that will depend NOT on my IA, but on the Avionics shop on LVJ.

Also, a word about future hourly cost of training. Texas TimeBuilders will honor the reduced rate I have hinted at - $325/hour once we emerge from Annual, until Jan 1, 2021. At that time, and with new operating costs to compare, we will adjust to a more realistic rate per our standard procedures. That will most likely be $425/hour as it was prior to Covid-19 onset last March.

Does anyone want some 'time' on my newly acquired Multi-engine Training Device?

To all concerned: Texas TimeBuilders LLC, and my Twin Comanche N19VS, stopped operations at Third Coast Aviation at KEFD in October, 2019, after they really ripped me in a very expensive and inadequately supervised Annual on my plane, and then after I paid in full, they were LATE (a third time) paying me my previous week's flight per our contract. I am STILL suffering from the inadequate annual results, and will have nothing good to say about management at TCA. PM me if you want more information.
