Our client, a highly regarded, innovative law firm, has retained Alex & Red to recruit a Director of Business Development. This relationship-driven law firm serves regional, national, and international clients from offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Wilmington, Philadelphia, DC, Florida, and California.

Clients for the firm range from Fortune 500 to start-up companies, as well as nonprofit and governmental organizations.

This role works closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Section Leaders, Practice Group Leaders, Managing Committee, and all C-Suite individuals in setting strategic objectives for the Business Development Team, supervising all firm-wide business development initiatives in alignment with overall firm goals and objectives.

Requirements include a minimum of ten years of tactical and strategic business development and marketing experience in a legal, consulting, or comparable professional service firm and a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
