I have exciting news! As part of my Coaching business, I partner with Positive Intelligence (PQ) Inc. to share a 6-week program in Mental Fitness based on Shirzad Chamin’s breakthrough research combining neuroscience, performance science, positive psychology, and cognitive psychology.

WHO CAN BENEFIT? Athletes, working professional and people willing to work on navigating behavior that trips you up, and instead shift into tapping into your potential.

HOW? During the app-supported program you actively work on a daily basis to strengthen your positive mental muscles (Sage mode) and reduce Saboteur behavior.

MRI imaging has shown that 6-8 weeks of mental fitness training results in:
• Increased grey matter in the PQ Brain region, home to our Sage (positive mental muscles)
• Decreased grey matter in the Survivor Brain region, home to our Saboteurs (negative mental muscles)
