Houston, we are coming home! After 2 years in East Texas my husband and I have decided we are city folk after all!
It’s easy to be someone from the city and have a ton of bias and preconceived notion’s of what living in a small town will bring. While I can say, I have never seen so many people in one grocery store in overalls or so many cows outside a school yard; I can also say, that the people I will carry with me from the last 2 years, are some of the kindest and most earnest people out there.
I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. Amazing things will come your way. I am better because of the life I have been able to live while living behind the “pine curtain.”
