Get excited!!! Yoga is in Monday’s now!!! You still ha w time to get ready to move tonight at 6:30pm at A 2nd Cup! All levels and all sorts of fun!!
“REPLY ALL” BUTTON DRAMA!
Step away from the REPLY ALL button! I’m certain we have all experienced being either the sending or receiving party of an “enthusiastic” email reply. Often these more aggressive replies can begin a chain of unproductive events.
So STEP AWAY! Literally. Mindfulness is when you notice the body’s reactions, emotions and thoughts and observe actions to make a better choice.
For this we can
1. PAUSE. Get fight or flight mode in check. Breathing is great for this!
2. STEP AWAY. Literally. Take a walk! Shift the body shift the mind.
3. Mindset Moment. Go talk to a positive coworker or watch a fun video on mindfulness (hint hint) 😉 But take a break from the problem.
Bringing these positive things in will help you take off the “frustration goggles” and help to see a new ways to respond. It’s actually the science of positivity! And don’t be afraid to pick up the phone, verbal tone and communication will turn a potential problem into a clear solution in seconds!
