Military Discipline: A warrior's life belonged entirely to the protection of the collective perimeter. Treason, cowardice, or desertion met immediate, absolute ex*****on.

Judicial Integrity: Complete intolerance for internal corruption or administrative gatekeeping. Judges who took bribes or compromised the swift delivery of justice were systematically eliminated.

Resource Protection: Strategic resource management; protecting the environmental foundation of the state. Unauthorized destruction of vital assets, like the cutting of green trees, was treated as a crime against the collective survival.

Statutory Codes: Total social order designed to keep the entire population battle-ready and disciplined. Every stratum of society was bound by strict behavioral and economic mandates to prevent internal rot.

The Strategist’s Takeaway: The songs and the poetry of the Fasting Coyote were the ideological armor, but these statutory codes were the physical machine. You cannot build a legacy on aesthetics alone; true sovereignty requires structural discipline and an unyielding perimeter.
