🏀⚾🏈FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS.....BEFORE YOU PLAY: DON'T FORGET YOUR FORMS‼️

Houston Independent School District is offering free sports physicals, the medical checkups before students can participate in school athletics. Four different locations around Houston including two high schools, will be offering free sports physicals for future middle and high school athletes. In Texas, sports physicals are required for middle school and high school athletes to make sure the students are healthy to play sports.
