Progress is moving steadily at Ivy Kids Master Development in League City.
Our crews are currently grading, leveling, and excavating the underground detention system while continuing site utility work and pad preparation. This phase is critical to establishing long-term drainage performance, site stability, and readiness for vertical construction.
At BNO, we stay heavily involved from early site development through final construction to help maintain control over schedule, quality, and coordination every step of the way.

This weekend BNO Development & Construction had the pleasure of attending the Texas City-La Marque Chamber of Commerce Annual Gala, where we were honored to serve as a Sponsor.
