Groundbreaking ceremonies come in many forms. For LT Foods Americas, this project began with a blessing.

Representatives from across LT Foods’ operations gathered for a traditional Hindu blessing ceremony before construction begins on their new 156,000 SF food distribution facility — a meaningful way to mark the start of an important new chapter.

LT Foods, the company behind brands like Daawat®, Royal®, Golden Star®, and 817 Elephant®, is known globally for its farm-to-fork approach to rice and grain production. KDW is proud to serve as the design-build partner for both this new distribution facility and the renovation of LT Foods’ existing packaging and processing operations.

This project reflects more than growth — it reflects a partnership that continues to expand alongside a company making an impact worldwide.

First concrete pours are up next, with completion expected in Q1 2027.

When the weather stops, production shouldn’t have to.

KDW is currently constructing a 53,300 SF manufacturing facility for Geoquest USA in Waco — bringing their outdoor production operations indoors for the first time. Geoquest, formerly The Reinforced Earth Company USA, provides retaining walls and geotechnical structures that support critical infrastructure across the country, from highways and bridges to railways and ports.

With tens of thousands of structures in place nationwide, keeping production moving — rain or shine — is essential.

This new facility will provide a controlled, year-round environment that supports consistent productivity and a more efficient workflow for their team. All while construction continues alongside an active, fully operational plant.
