For this project we took a small single-story home in Garden Oaks, and transformed it to a two story, 2,300 SF home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a detached 2 car garage and a breathtaking curb appeal - all without sacrificing yard space. Beathing new life into homes helps preserve the neighborhood's undeniable charm, while bringing the home up to specs that can compete with a new build.
