Eid Mubarak to you and your loved ones from all of us at An-Nisa! May Allah accept our sacrifice, our worship, and all our good deeds. May He accept the Hajj (pilgrimage) of all the hujjaj (pilgrims) and call us to the blessed lands time and again 🤲
This Eid, we remember the sacrifice of Prophet Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and strive to follow in his footsteps, reminding ourselves that nothing should come before our relationship with Allah 🩵

A gentle reminder for the blessed Day of Arafah 🤍
A day to fast, make dua, remember Allah (SWT), and seek His mercy and forgiveness. May Allah (SWT) accept all of our ibadah and forgive our sins, past and future. 🌙

An afternoon filled with meaningful conversations, new friendships, mentorship, and inspiration. From career journeys to life lessons, our young professionals had the opportunity to connect with incredible industry leaders who generously shared their experiences and wisdom.
So grateful for every person who showed up, engaged, and helped create such an uplifting atmosphere. This is just the beginning, inshaAllah.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we wanted to create something simple but deeply meaningful for the mothers we serve, many of whom are survivors of domestic violence. These are mothers who spend their lives surviving, protecting their children, and rebuilding after trauma without ever feeling truly seen or appreciated🩵
In collaboration with The Islamic Arts Society artist Hina Chaudhry, we painted, laughed, had amazing conversations, ate delicious food, and built connections while the children enjoyed games, card making, and flower making 🌸
Healing is not only therapy sessions and crisis response. Sometimes healing looks like:
✨ feeling safe
✨ laughing again
✨ creating something beautiful
✨ connecting with others
✨ regulating your nervous system through creativity
✨ being reminded that you matter too
To every mother carrying invisible burdens: You deserve softness too 🩵

May is Mental Health Awareness Month đź’™
We talk a lot about pushing through, staying busy, and “just being tired,” but mental health struggles are often quieter than people expect.
Some signs you need to look out for:
Trouble sleeping
Constant fatigue
Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally checked out
Checking in with yourself is not weakness. Taking your mental health seriously is not “being dramatic.” Awareness is the first step toward understanding yourself better and getting the support you deserve.
Please don’t wait until you’re completely burnt out to care for your mental health. We’re here for you 🩵
