GK Law is pleased to welcome our Senior Associate, Randall Clark!

Randall graduated from The Citadel with a degree in Political Science and History and pursued his legal education at William H. Bowen School of Law.

He has been in the law practice industry for over 40 years. Before joining the firm, he was the head of the Veteran Affairs Department at the Houston Bar Association.

With his demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry and proven track record as a litigator, GK Law has no doubt that Randall will be a perfect addition to the team.

Seeking a responsible person for our full time phone representative position.

Weekdays 9 am - 5pm.

An ideal candidate Must have the following qualifications:

Must be punctual, reliable and responsible. Must dress professionally and follow our dress code.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must have knowledge of working with Word, Adobe and Excel.

Notary preferred

A candidates job duties include:

Phone Phone Phone! The candidate will take incoming calls, follow scripts, schedule appointments, attend to client concerns, follow up on calls multiple times a day. Must follow our scripts and procedures.

Greet new clients and ensure they are seated in conference rooms. Provide engagement letters and forms to clients.

Take care of our mailing with responsibility.

Perform general office operations - Ensure office is clean, kitchen area is clean, clients are seated, areas are sanitized, mailing is complete, office supplies are in inventory, scan documents, prepare client files and folders.
