Good products vs bad products to sell on Amazon š¦
Buying my dream car with my Amazon biz š¤
Hereās exactly how I did it š
Year 1: I dropped out of university during the pandemic with no job, no plan, and no safety net. I started my Amazon store from my bedroom in my parentsā house. My first sale was a Swell bottle cleaner, and that one ācha-chingā notification flipped a switch in me. Hit $10K in my first month, $50K in 3 months, and crossed $100K within 7 months.
Years 2ā4: I started teaching what I learned and helping other people build their own Amazon stores while my own business kept scaling.
Year 5: Crossed over $8M in total sales with my own Amazon store. Helped over 700 people through my one-on-one mentorship. Got engaged to my fiancƩ of 11 years. And finally bought my dream car.
Hare a few takeaways:
- You donāt need a lot of time, you need the right information
domestic suppliers > overseas suppliers (always)
- Account health metrics arenāt sexy, but theyāre what keep you in the game
- Perfection is the enemy of progress, list more, learn faster
- Even an extra $1k to $5k a month can completely change your familyās life

How to hi $1M on Amazon š§
Most people think hitting your first million on Amazon takes years of grinding or thousands of dollars in inventory upfront.
It doesnāt.
Iāve now done over $8M in total sales with my Amazon store - and it all started from my bedroom in my parentsā house with zero experience, no bulk orders, and no money spent on ads.
Hereās exactly how I did it šš¼
1. I picked the right model
Amazon dropshipping (FBM) instead of FBA. No $5Kā$10K upfront on inventory, no warehouse fees, no risk of bulk orders sitting unsold. If a product doesnāt sell, I lose nothing.
2. I used domestic suppliers only
No AliExpress, no Alibaba, no Temu. Fast shipping (2ā5 days), high quality, and big brand name products people already know, like, and trust.
3. I played the volume game
Perfection is the enemy of progress. Instead of hunting for the āperfectā product, I listed as many as I could. The more products you list, the more eyeballs you get, and the more sales you make.
4. I followed the 70/30 rule
70% of my products were in major categories (home & kitchen, tools, sports & outdoors) for consistency. The other 30% were seasonal items to capitalize on holidays and trends.
5. I protected my account health
The unsexy stuff. Order defect rate, late shipment rate, valid tracking. Account health doesnāt make you money, but it sure as hell stops you from making it if you ignore it.
6. I stayed consistent
The truth is the first 30 days isnāt about getting rich ā itās about proving the system works. Once you make your first sale, the snowball starts rolling.
Today, Iāve helped over 700 people start and scale their own Amazon businesses through my one-on-one mentorship.
Your first $1M isnāt about luck - itās about the timeline youāre willing to commit to.

How Austin $15k in 2 weeks š
Austin moved to LA after college with one goal: Build a life on his own terms.
He used to work in insurance but hated that.
Works part-time stadium at a stadium with his monthly income being around $2k/mo
Meanwhileā¦
Rent was $2,500.āØ
Food, bills, life kept piling up.
For 6-8 months he was losing money every single month just trying to survive.
Living off savings.āØ
Stressed every day.āØ
But hereās the part that stood out to meā¦
Austin STILL kept looking for a way out.
He tried Amazon FBA first.
Had some wins. Had some losses too.
One product worked seasonally.āØ
And like most people doing FBA without guidanceā¦
Every move felt like gambling $5k-$10k upfront hoping a product would hit.
He kept searching for a model that made more sense financially.
Something more stable. Less risk. More scalable.
Thatās when he found us.
At first he was skeptical with tons of questionsā¦and he was curious to see if we actually cared about student success or if weād disappear after payment.
Then he took the leap.
Then everything started clicking.
ā
$15,000+ in sales in 2 weeksāØā
Scaling week after weekāØā
On pace for $30k-$40k monthsāØā
Building a business instead of surviving paycheck to paycheck
And the craziest part?
Heās only been in the program for 3 weeks.
No special talent. No genius IQ. No magical shortcut.
Just consistency. Mindset.āØ
And refusing to stay stuck.
I asked Austin what heād say to someone sitting on the fence right now.
He said:
āYou can spend the next week, month, or year thinking about changing your life⦠but if you never take action, nothing changes.ā
That hit.
Because the truth isā¦
Most people arenāt stuck because they lack opportunity.
Theyāre stuck because fear keeps them comfortable.
Austin decided the pain of staying the same was finally greater than the fear of starting.
And that decision changed everything.

Reacting to how people sell on Amazon š
Hereās exactly what I did š
To start off, these are just SALES FIGURES, not profit. Hence why I said āsalesā haha.
I went from parking cars as a valet for $50 a shift to building an 8-figure Amazon business.

No place like my second home

From working 85hrs/wk to $12k+ in 2 months
Ayden would work construction early mornings.. Second job until 11pm. Doubles every single day.
18-hour shifts turning into 24, sometimes 28-hour shifts during snow season in Montreal.
$1,500 a week is what he was making. For all of that.
But hereās the part that really gets me.
Ayden had been watching & follow me on IG for a year and a half before he finally joined.
A year and a half of seeing students post 50k months, 60k months, 100k months.
Knowing it was real. Knowing he was capable.
Still. Waiting.
Until one day the pain of staying the same became bigger than the fear of starting.
He made the investment. He showed up. He did the work.
Month 1 ā
$1,900 in sales
Month 2 ā
Just shy of $12,000
He paid off his investment within 2 months.
Two months. No experience. No background in e-commerce.
Just a decision and a system to follow.
His goal by December? A $60-80k month as a birthday gift to himself.
I asked Ayden what heād say to someone sitting on the fence right now.
He said:
āThe thing youāre most scared to do is usually the best outcome in the end. See it as an investment in yourself and your future.ā
That year and a half Ayden spent watching from the sidelines? He canāt get it back.
Donāt let that be your story.
