In celebration of the Thanksgiving holiday, the offices of Waterstone LSP will be closed on Thursday, November 24th, and Friday, November 25th. Waterstone LSP is pleased to announce the closing of an SBA 7(a) loan in the amount of $747,000 for the Houston office of a partner bank headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA. Proceeds of the loan will provide financing to remodel an existing building in Richmond, TX that is currently in operations as a children’s gymnastics, dance, and tumbling school. The renovations will allow for additional classes to take place to accommodate the continued growth in their business. The gym currently employs 40 individuals, and funding of this loan will generate an additional 15 job opportunities within the business in addition to supporting the jobs of the contractors, suppliers and vendors associated with this expansion. Waterstone LSP is pleased to announce the closing of a new SBA 7(a) loan in the amount of $400,000 for a partner bank headquartered in Liberty, TX. Proceeds of the loan will finance the construction of a vehicle storage facility in Zavalla, TX to provide convenient and secure storage for the boat and RV owners near Lake Sam Rayburn. The facility will have 20 open lots, 26 fully enclosed units and 15 partially enclosed units. Not only will the loan finance the start-up of this new business, but it will support numerous jobs with contractors, suppliers, and vendors in Zavalla and its surrounding communities. Waterstone LSP is pleased to announce the closing of a new SBA 7(a) loan in the amount of $1,271,000 for a partner bank headquartered in Orange, TX. Proceeds of this loan will be used in the acquisition of commercial real estate in Midland, TX to be used by a manufacturing business that specializes in the prevention of oil spills. The expansion of this existing business will generate 10 new job opportunities, bringing the total number of those employed by the borrowing business to 42 individuals across their multiple operating locations.
