Now, in our 7th year, we've served just over 12,000 clients! Last year, we had a record setting year in new clients, reviews and revenue. Revenue by increasing hours worked and volume, NOT by increasing pricing. The banner year was not to due advertising, but referrals of our loyal customers. Thank you all, as referrals are the lifeblood of small business of which you have our deepest gratitude!

This year is a bit more challenging with political tension, stretched pocketbooks, and more recently, the 'return to work' movement not limited to the public but also private sector. We are seeing reduced flexibility with our clients scheduling weekdays, increased appointment rescheduling, and a large increase in clients that can only schedule on Friday or Saturday.

We have adjusted to the market by offering earlier and later hours on rotating days as well as adding hours to Saturday. We significantly reduced advertising over two years ago, as we no longer really need it, but we will ALWAYS need your referrals. A single referral from a trusted friend is far more valuable than a days worth of paid ads, all day every day. Keep those referrals coming, and we'll keep giving our very best to the people you entrust to us. Again, my deepest thanks!
