Justin Johncox of our San Antonio maintenance team is our Technician of the Year! Justin joined USAL in January 2023. A proud U.S. Army veteran, he served for 11.5 years, an experience that shaped his commitment to service and leadership.

Outside of work, Justin volunteers as the Public Relations Officer for Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, TX Chapter 23-3, helping support veterans in the local community. In his free time, he enjoys riding motorcycles, dirt bikes, pit bikes, and making memories with his wife and four children.

We appreciate Justin's contributions in ensuring our driving associates operate safe, roadworthy equipment. His exceptional diagnostic skills and professionalism sets the maintenance standard at USAL. Congrats, Justin!

Big hugs and high-fives are in order for Efren on his promotion to lead driver! Born and raised in Houston, TX, Efren celebrated his one-year anniversary with USAL in April. He enjoys quality time with his family and friends, especially over a great meal. Despite being on the road for work, he loves to travel with his family because road trips with them "are some of my favorite experiences." Efren is open to new adventures and the lead driver role is his next one. 👏🚚🧳
