1. WHAT LED YOU INTO VOCATIONAL MINISTRY?
During my time at Oklahoma State University (Go Pokes!), I started serving in YoungLife as a college leader. I started my freshman year, and almost immediately, three things started to happen consistently...

- First, I developed a deep passion for teaching the Bible and seeing people saved and/or grow in their faith, through the truth of God’s Word.

- Second, I started to receive affirmation and confirmation from mentors that I had a unique gifting for preaching and teaching the God’s Word.

- Third, doors began to swing open and I started receiving opportunities to preach the Gospel more and more. After much prayer and counsel, I felt that the these three things were the ingredients of a call to full time ministry. I feel called to edify the Bride by teaching the Word of God, and shepherding people with the love of the Son of God.

2. TELL US A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHAT YOU’LL BE FOCUSING ON OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS.
Over the next 6 months, I’ll be planning our schedule and recruiting teachers for our Sunday morning Equipping Classes. I’ll also be looking for ways for BridgePoint to engage the local community for the Gospel!

3. WHAT ARE YOU MOST EXCITED ABOUT?
I’m excited to get to know my new teammates better, while also getting to know the people of BridgePoint as they get to know Charlotte, Ezra, and me. I’m hopeful to contribute positively to a church that has been so valuable to many people for so many years!
