ARS of Austin is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as an HVAC Technician.

Our HVAC Technician should have a strong working knowledge of residential HVAC systems, outstanding customer service preventive maintenance, and repair of these skills.

Responsibilities
Assist service technicians with Maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential HVAC systems
Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC.
Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials, and supplies to and from the job site.
Ensuring all tools, materials, and equipment are in good working order.
Completing preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and the associated equipment.
Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service.
Ensuring all HVAC systems remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
Completion of an HVAC course is required.
EPA 608 certification
Excellent Customer service skills
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and their inner workings.
Familiarity with all tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and maintenance.
Ability to follow instructions.
Good communication and customer service skills.

We are in search of an experienced Lead HVAC Installer with at least 4 years of supervisory experience leading a team, with a strong focus on meeting completion deadlines and superior workmanship.

The qualified Lead Installer will lead a team of installers utilizing their technical skills and knowledge in a residential setting to:

• Install- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems
• Start Up & Troubleshoot new systems

Other requirements include:

A High School diploma or GED (general education degree).
Working knowledge of national codes and best practices.
A working knowledge of electrical and gas diagnostics and air flow are preferred.
Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
A valid drivers’ license and good communications skills.
Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
