I work primarily in the Houston Metro area, but have done designs all over the state and country. I am willing to travel for the right project contact me and I will supply you with a cost schedule. I deal primarily with custom clients but do work with some custom builders on speculation projects.
My new build design for Select Build Construction, LLC in Meyerland now has piers and the perimeter beam done. This house is for sale by the builder.
Design is Ideas coming to life. I designed this estate a few years back. It is a remodel design that started as a 3200 s.f. home and ended as a 9200 s.f. home in April Sound on Lake Conroe.
The interior had many custom touches from the client and was inspired by a trip to Europe.

The builder is breaking ground on our next remodel and addition project in now that the rain has stopped. Slight adjustment to the form boards and start drilling piers.
