In honor of Downs Matthews, ABC, IABC Fellow, and founding member of IABC Houston, IABC Houston presents a scholarship to an outstanding student at the Bronze Quill Awards. This year's recipient is Ciara Crawford, a rising senior at Prairie View A&M University. After finishing her undergraduate studies, she plans to pursue a master’s degree at the Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and work as a PR professional in the airline or banking sectors.
