PART-TIME Customer Service / Account Manager
Are you looking for a part time {contractor} position where you will receive company and colleague support, training, and a competitive compensation? You are in the right place! We are seeking a motivated, professional, and courteous Part Time Customer Service / Account Manager!

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $9-$15.00/Hr
Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm, Monday-Friday MAX 2 Days per week

Responsibilities:
• Enter client information in system
• Handle changes in policies or renewals
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Provide product knowledge to customers
• Handle an address verification project. Right now we have 7K addresses that need to be verified with customers and appropriately re-entered into the CRM system
• Following up on customer inquiries via email
• Enter new customer information and create new customer profiles
• Enter online customer orders
• Handle customer enrollment

• Requirements:
• 1 Years of experience in Customer Service or Account Management
• Experience with Credit Reports & CRM
• HS Diploma/GED
