Wellness Home Hacks: Stovetop Potpourri 🍊🌿

Living with endometriosis, inflammation, allergies, PCOS, and now navigating life post hysterectomy has been interesting to say the least. In all of that, I’ve been a lot more curious about how my home supports my nervous system and swapping my normal go tos with friendlier alternatives.

I wanted something that smells good but feels gentle. And I usually run to candles but I’ve been trying new things! Nothing overpowering. Nothing that puts my body on high alert.

This stovetop potpourri is a nice touch.
A calm little vibe that helps me feel grounded instead of overstimulated 🧘🏾‍♀️I think I love it.
