Our Staff Coordinator(s) work hard to accommodate schedule preferences while covering the shifts we need to run OwlCon. So, your shift assignment may not happen right away, but you will be notified when it does happen.

Can you help us run another great OwlCon?

Submissions for exhibiting at OwlCon are now open - if you’re interested in exhibiting for 2026, head on over to http://www.owlcon.com/exhibitor_info.php, create an account on the site if you don’t have one already, and then submit your application! We’ll be announcing our finalized list of exhibitors in early January, but we’ll be taking submissions for alternates up until the con.

Please bear in mind our Exhibitor Policy - it’s important to note that tables are not assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. In order to provide a good mix of Exhibitors for our attendees, it is necessary to wait for a critical mass of potential Exhibitors before assigning tables. Parallel to that, if you’re not on our final list, it’s not any mark on you, obviously - it’s just that we have such a tight room that we have to cut a lot of people that we’d REALLY like to include. (And obviously, we’ll hold on to applications as alternates in case one of the originally-assigned slots opens up.)
