Premier - Baytown:
We treasure repetitive customers and we have another with Premier Cryogenic Services, LLC. We previously constructed their LaPorte facility and are at the beginning stages of a 16-acre development in Baytown, TX.
This project includes five freestanding buildings and approximately 390,000 sf of paving. We are constructing a 7,620 sf office, 76,590 sf tiltwall fab shop, 73,614 sf trailer assembly shop, 11,658 sf paint shop, and a 4,500 sf caping test station.
We broke ground mi-November and have 50% of the building pad completed. Crews are moving dirt for the paving subgrade, and are working on storm utilities. Our first pour is in a few weeks.
