If you don't know, I'm a science geek who's fascinated by the laws of the universe and how humans can maximize their potential. This led me down the rabbit hole of spirituality, metaphysics, success, manifestation, biohacking, neuroscience, law of attraction, and seeing how people translate this into real world success. I've studied successful people for almost a decade and see a pattern of how they operate and show up in their lives. This is why I love being coach. It's creative, always changing. I have the opportunity to create from scratch. This profession provides massive opportunities to serve others with this knowledge that naturally fascinates me.

Alongside being a professional coach, I am also a certified Reiki Practitioner. These two professions blend beautifully into one. My coaching techniques help heal misbeliefs about oneself and creates goals to move forward thus promoting healing in the mind, while reiki energy healing supplements your growth in an another angle of healing your energy.

We don't realize when our energy is low, we feel sad or unmotivated that we could be experiencing some deeper energy blocks within our system. We are created of energy and we have a natural beacon of energy we emit as human radio towers. Do you notice how you feel around certain people? You may feel negative feelings around negative people, or you may feel joy around happy, joyful people.

There is massive value in taking constant action and in the opportunity to "stop stopping" in order to maintain momentum and growth. Whenever I'm feeling stuck in my business and not moving forward with progress, I get an energy healing. Then presto! All of a sudden I have massive amounts of energy, creativity, and productivity pouring out of me. This is an excellent hack for entrepreneurs.
