Memorial Day. Let us and never forget.

This solemn day is for those who have made the ultimate , as well as their families who continue to sacrifice.
We owe a debt to the many heroes who have fallen in service. One that we will never be able to repay fully. However, by them, we help keep their alive and take one small step toward making on our social contract with them.

They were sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, husbands, wife’s, mothers, fathers and great .
We will them!

Please help in remembering them and all those who have given their lives in service to us.
And to those that stand to protect and serve us today and in the future.

There are many incidences where people are put in leadership positions, not because they are leaders but because of “circumstance”.
This could be a good thing or a bad thing.
Please don’t get it twisted.

Just because you are in a leadership position, does not mean you are leading.
A leader’s quest and ultimate goal is to take full to teach, grow and lead people to ultimate success.

• It is a of social influence that the efforts of others toward the achievement of a “greater good”.

• It is not for with no intended .

• Not for authority or power.

• Leadership is not egotistical, boastful or selfish, it is of giving, sharing and of nurturing qualities.

• You don't need a title to lead. You can be a leader in your workplace, your neighborhood, or your family, all without having a title, because it is about the action itself.

• It is the quest and goal in doing what is best for others. For in that, lies the true essence. And that is what takes people, companies and organizations to the next level of success.

At the end of the day, there is nothing wrong with admitting you are not ready to lead. You may not have a choice because of circumstance, but if your goal is for the betterment of others, you will learn. And when , , and is your focus, you are on the right track to leadership.

Because when others succeed, you ultimately become successful yourself!
