Seeking a recruiter for TalentWells Corporate Office Division. You will specialize in placement of in the areas of Executives, Accounting/Finance, and IT. This is a permanent fulltime position that offers base pay pus bonuses for placements with clients. Total comp in first year is $40,000.00-$60,000.00 based on performance.

Full-time, permanent position
Base $30,000.00 + bonuses
Monday-Friday with half days every other Friday
Promote into a recruiter position within a year.

Essential Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through various social networks, social media, and job boards.
Screening candidates to ensure they meet job requirements and specifications for clients.
Networking to build relationships with various groups, organizations, and other resources to develop connections within area of specialization.
Managing accounts and supporting clients in qualify jobs, scheduling interviews, obtaining feedback, and generating business.
Conducting basic screening to ensure candidates meet hiring criteria prior to submitting to recruiters for review.
Work well with others on the internal team.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
Desire to succeed and willingness to seek continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment.
Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with candidates and clients.
Must work well in a team setting.
Proficient in MS Office Products.

TalentWell Services is now hiring multiple electricians for a large manufacturing company located in Pasadena.
-Location: Pasadena, TX
-Pay: $15-18 hr

Requirements:
-2+ years commercial or residential experience, dc circuitry, and or automotive electrical knowledge.
-Ability to carry out not only simple but complex oral and written instructions and deal with problems from standardized situations and work experience.
-Ability to read blue prints and or drawings.
-Ability to communicate well with supervisors and co-workers.
-Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and/or moving of 5 pounds and over, with frequent lifting and/or carrying.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee and help with layout and installation of electrical components.
-Ability to read and comprehend prints and schematic’s and relay information to crew.
-Ability to trouble shoot electrical both AC/DC and data com.
-Coordinate with supervisor on material availability or shortages.

Overview:

We are seeking assemblers to for positions in the Southeast Houston area.
Pay: $11-$12hr
Shift: Both 1st and 2nd shift available
Contract-to-hire

Responsibilities:
-Learn and adhere to all safety policies and practices to avoid safety incidents
-Learn and adhere to all manufacturing policies and practices to ensure consistent production
-Ensure quality by following standard work/process instructions and identifying any potential risks to product quality
-Ensure that work areas remain clean and well organized
-Lifting up to 21-50 lbs. consistently

Education And Experience:
-Minimum of high school diploma or GED
-1 year of relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant manufacturing experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:
-Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
-Knowledge of air tools
-Basic mechanical knowledge
-Ability to read or learn to read a tape measure.
