This week, HFD held Promotional Ceremonies at the Greer and Lowdermilk Conference Center at the Houston Firefighters Relief and Retirement Fund to recognize and celebrate members who have earned their next rank.
Promotion in this department is not given. It is earned through hard work, sacrifice, and a deep commitment to this department and the people of Houston. The men and women recognized this week are the leaders of this department, and we are proud to celebrate them.
Thank you to the HFD Command Staff for their continued support and for showing up to honor our members.

The strength of HFD lives in the men and women who run our streets every day giving everything to protect Houstonians, and moments like these are a reminder of exactly that.
