Key Areas of Responsibilities :

1.Own and drive successful ex*****on and delivery of e-commerce project solution implementation.
2.Influence leadership within the business areas to create and maintain alignment around the project business objectives, measurable benefits, success criteria, scope, and constraints impacting project delivery.
3.Communicate the state of the project to executive leadership.
4.Drive project ex*****on and delivery according to business needs and requirements.
5.Provide e-commerce functionality expertise during project planning, development and production-support.
6.Review e-commerce platform and architecture to recommend effective options for implementing business functionality.
7.Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders to lead e-commerce requirements gathering and analysis.
8.Assess project health and direct any necessary corrective measures. Creatively apply project management processes to address unique situations. Assess project status and direct corrective measures to ensure project success including escalation and visibility to Senior Leadership when appropriate.

9.Effectively manage multiple medium sized e-commerce projects, or individual large sized e-commerce projects.
10.Create project plans detailing project schedule, resource/budget estimates, quality requirements and metrics, and organizational change management activities. Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction.
11.Define and document project work breakdowns, monitor task, status, update work estimates and incorporate new tasks into plan as needed.
12.Direct daily activities and efficiently manage a project team of business and development resources.

- Analyze products, understand their potential and have the ability to recommend purchase
- Ability to interpret data and make decisions
- Handle large sets of data and provide logical solutions to any issues
- Business analyst should be able to understand critical data and have ability to process them
- Work with the team on larger goals which define the outcome of overall process goals and targets
- Candidate should be able to make positive contributions to the overall FBA program by constantly trying to optimize the process flows
- Should have out of the box thinking ability to come up with creative solutions to issues at hand
