We are so excited to announce that Tiny Hero: Real Hope for CDH and the Comprehensive Center for CDH Care are partnering for a HOUSTON Run for CDH! Outcomes are an important factor for parents in choosing a CDH center to care for their child. It is important for centers to be transparent in center outcomes and volume for decision making. Between July 2024 and August 2025, The Comprehensive Center for CDH Care took care of 39 CDH patients with an overall survival of 97% and ECMO survival of 95%. There are other leading CDH centers with similar outcomes as well. We also know that patient volume is important aspect in survival outcomes. The more CDH patients a center sees, the better they get in the intricacies of managing the CDH patient. No matter where you are considering seeking care, close to home or away from home, we’d be happy to meet with you for a first, second, or third opinion.
