There's a move afoot (again) by local governments here in Texas to allow them to charge up-front costs for access to public information. We'll talk about that and other silliness regarding the costs of public access to government information on our next episode of Transparency Talk Radio tomorrow at 3 Eastern/2 Central on BlogTalkRadio.com -- and you can listen as a podcast later if you can't listen in live.
