After an injury, it is common to feel fine at first and then experience symptoms days later. A delayed onset does not mean the injury is minor—it simply reflects how the body reacts to trauma.

Understanding this timing is important when considering your legal options. Delayed symptoms can still support a personal injury claim, and they may even strengthen the connection between the accident and your condition.

If you are dealing with delayed symptoms after an accident and are unsure how this affects your rights, I encourage you to reach out for a case-specific review. I am here to help you understand your options.

As Memorial Day approaches, I am taking time to honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice protects the freedoms we rely on every day, and I remain grateful for their courage.

My office will be closed on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day. I will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26, and any messages received during the closure will be addressed as soon as possible.

Wishing you a meaningful Memorial Day as we reflect and remember.
