Our office has a smooth day helping our customers, new and returning. First-day traffic jam on the enrollment website is normal as it was in the last six years. The good news is for most of our service area, there are more carriers and plans to choose from. Most carriers keep their rates stable or lower! Most carriers also offer reward dollars! Be sure to take advantage of them. Some customers are getting a rebate from the insurance companies for their 2018 premium paid!!
