How about a Wedler 5, 3, 1 based on a gradually adjusted “training max”(85% of your 1rm). Through optimal training, a full assortment of special equipment, and expert coaches, we can help you thrive and even breakthrough plateaus. Miss metcons? Tue, Thurs, we condition based on an upper/lower split usually an EMOM delivered h.i.i.t. Style.
