Beginner and advanced level martial art practitioners are welcome. Systema training is suitable for both, those who are starting from zero and those who want to empower their martial art by using Systema principles. Classes are focused on practical, health and street application oriented approach.

Exercise for social distancing time. Try doing it with closed eyes and obstacles around. Good for coordination, sensitivity, and effective dealing with sudden tensions when you bump into something (or are hit by something/somebody).
