🔦 How it works:
SLA uses a laser (or other light source such as LED or DLP) to cure liquid photopolymer resin layer by layer. The light traces each cross-section of the 3D model, hardening the resin into a solid shape. These thin 2D layers stack vertically, building the part with extremely high accuracy and fine detail.

Once the print is complete, the part is removed from the resin tank and goes through post-processing. This includes multiple cleaning stages to remove uncured resin, followed by a final curing cycle under controlled light and heat. This final cure ensures the part reaches its optimal strength, durability, and surface finish.
