Mumineen Relief Project (MRP) was founded by a group of individuals interested in assisting the needy and less-privileged in their immediate community. MRP is a non-profit charity incorporated in Houston, Texas. MRP offers many easy ways to help individuals make an impact in their community through their donations. MRP provides assistance through the following programs:
Welfare Assistance: MRP offer assistance by providing rental assistance, food, clothing, adult visitation and other services including transportation assistance and disaster relief
Health Fair: Designed to provide health care to those who cannot afford medical treatment or those that require cheaper screening. Services include diabetic, cholesterol, vision, and ear screening. Educational Services: Teach individuals how to obtain financial security, career development and health/hygiene education
Zakat Disbursement: Distributes received Zakat funds to qualified individuals in a judicious manner
