I have a general practice with an emphasis on family related matters - custody, child support, juvenile issues, cps matters, divorce, modification of divorce decrees, modification of child support, paternity, adoptions, custody of grandchildren, nieces/nephews, cousins, siblings or children that have lived with you for six months or longer, pre nuptial agreements and post nuptial agreements.
This office also prepares will, living wills (tells a doctor what to do if you are seriously ill), Power of Attorney, and Durable Power of Attorney.
I also represent people with accidents and/or injuries.
We work with small businesses to provide legal advice on what is required by law regarding employees and customers. We prepare buy-sell agreements and various contracts.
