January 2025 — the start of my first figure prep season.
In this video, I remember feeling like my body was failing me.
I was deeply discouraged.
Despite what I was feeling and thinking, I kept showing up.
Even when I saw no change.
I continued to follow the plan laid out for me.
In May I made a decision to change my approach.
I started a new plan, and I’m extremely grateful to for believing and directing me. I was provided the shift I needed when it mattered most
The work was hard but thankfully My body responded immediately
It wasn’t that it couldn’t happen —
I just needed a different plan of action.
To everyone watching, it may have looked like an overnight transformation.
But for me, those months felt like an eternity.
I’m proud of myself for pushing through that discouraging season.
Because if I had allowed how I felt to stop me…
There would have been no change. Consistency changes everything. Show up no matter what you’re feeling.
You won’t regret it. 💪✨
