Our Independent Agency is growing and we need energetic, smiling people to help us grow. All employees must have or get a P&C License within 90 days. Entry-level to experienced positions are available. We offer a competitive salary plus aggressive bonuses. We pay based on your skills and experience.
You must meet the following requirements:
• We need people that are energetic and self-motivated
• You must be able to handle a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
• We handle many insurance carriers, so you must be able to deal with varying companies and their specific rules
• We prefer you to be P&C Licensed, but we will help you obtain your license if needed
• You must be able to engage and connect with customers to help them with their insurance needs
• You must be able to multi-task, handling customers/quotes at any given time
• Insurance and/or sales experience is preferred
