Happy National Sushi Day🍸️ 🍣 Today we are highlighting two of our projects, Haii Keii and Oheya. Both restaurants have their unique brand to them. Haii Keii draws inspirations from Kill Bill and Bladerunner while Oheya has feels of an intimate experience of Omakase style eating.

Located in Downtown Houston SEARCH Homeless Services new 53,000 SF home 📸

TDS designed the building as a blend of adaptive reuse and new construction. The two buildings connect through bridges. Conference rooms line these bridges with dynamic lighting that creates a presence from street level.

From floor to ceiling windows, outdoor patios, and sleek finishes, to a custom mural by Rosalie de Graaf and Street Art for Mankind reflects their mission. Congrats to SEARCH.
