Hi friends! I’m thinking about opening an Etsy shop to share prints of my artwork with you all, and eventually branching out to other cool merchandise. 🌿✨ I’d love to know who might be interested! Okay so serious question. A few redditors have been asking if I have an Etsy account. I do not. I have a few questions.

1. Would y’all buy from it?
2. Does it cost anything to keep your shop open?
3. If you have any experience with Etsy, I’d love your honest opinion. Or def advice.
4. What type of things would I offer on there? I’m so confused.

I really want to do it, especially considering that I’m no longer getting my half of the child credit this year and can no longer afford even Milo’s party. My half of the child credit is my annual income that I make last till almost the end of the year to buy everyone Christmas presents. Hardly any of it is spent on me EVER.

So, now that I know this, I really need to try and find another way to expand and make passive income or SOMETHING. I have plenty of commissions but the problem is that I don’t have any help with Milo to dedicate time to it. All I need is one hour a day, uninterrupted, & it would make a world of difference. Anyway.

TLDR: If there’s other, better options, I’m down to hear it. People are just requesting an Etsy store to open. I want to do it, but I need an artist to take my hand and guide me like I’m five please.
