We gathered to celebrate Phillip’s 1-year anniversary as a GSD Superintendent, Tim’s birthday, and Stephanie’s 3-year work anniversary as SGB’s Designer —along with some incredible recently completed projects.

From Warehouse to Brewery. 🍺✨

What was once a neglected 6,800-square-foot warehouse is now Local Group Brewing — a vibrant, modern destination designed to bring people together. Inspired by outer space, the brewery features bold murals, striking blue and yellow accents, warm wood finishes, and an open taproom that blends function with experience.

Complete with a chef-driven kitchen, garage doors that create seamless indoor-outdoor flow, and expansive patio seating, every detail was thoughtfully built to support both operations and community.

This 9,940-square-foot early education center blends bright, open classrooms with covered outdoor learning environments and quiet zones designed for focus and exploration—bringing the Montessori philosophy to life through intentional design.
