Protein muffin recipe!
mix dry ingredients
1 cup Kodiak pancake mix
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
mix wet ingredients
2 over ripe mashed bananas
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
mix together wet & dry ingredients
prep muffin tin
evenly distribute & top with chocolate chips
bake at 350 degrees for 20-24
** I bake 26ish minutes at 330 degrees, rotating the tin, at 13 minutes.
