Are you currently having back pain that has been going on for 6 months or more and have tried conservative treatment that has been unsuccessful? You may qualify for our current enrolling study! This study is for the treatment of chronic low back pain and its associated disability due to moderate-severe Lumbar Degenerative Disc Disease in one or two contiguous levels of the lumbar spine.
