A message for my fellow men out there building their business, pursuing careers, trying to show up well for spouses/partners/kids, and just trying to hold it all together.
I’ve had some dark seasons that I’ve had to get through and I can’t imagine what they would’ve been like without the resources and tools I gained through therapy.
When it came to therapy, I was a total skeptic. Now, an advocate.
