A month sure rolls around a lot quicker than it did a few years ago. Tonight was our June bingo/birthday meal. We had a spaghetti dinner. Worlds of deliciousness. Thinking about a baked potato bar next month. We had a few people who didn’t make it but we made up some plates and delivered them. Louise is a regular but she fell this morning and had to miss tonight. We were glad Ms Roberta made it this month. We also have some men who have joined the group. I had to shop with the men in mind yesterday. We had several winners. Thanks to Dean Neal for calling. He always brings plenty of laughs.

Merry Christmas from all the residents to all of you. Our wish is for a happy, peaceful, safe, and blessed holiday. Enjoy family and friends but remember the reason for the season and make that a part of your day, as well.
I got lazy and ran to Subway to pick up a sandwich instead of cooking this evening. When I came back a group of carolers were standing in front of my apartment singing their hearts out while four or five little kids danced around. My little bulldog, Max, was staring out the window with his little stubby tail wagging. They are going to each apartment. I think it is just the sweetest thing to bring cheer to the residents here. What would the world be without music, especially at Christmas time. Our wish here is for everyone to have a safe and wonderful Christmas. The reason for the season is our savior, Jesus Christ.
