Abilities In Motion is hosting its 2024 Adapted Sports Day on Saturday, October 12, at Weekley Family YMCA. Adapted Sports Day is an annual event hosted by the Sports Authority Foundation in partnership with TIRR Memorial Hermann to provide an opportunity for both youth and adults with physical disabilities to experience a variety of Adapted Sports.

Sports stations include Co****le, Pickleball, and Recumbent Cycling, taught by Paralympian athletes Pam Fontaine, Gina McWilliams, and Jermell Pennie.
