Problems are never something we want to deal with, yet they are essential for us to master our skills and gain experience. Yet why are problems avoided so much?
Fear, the fear of failing, the fear of not making it.
Fear is a powerful emotion, it stops us from doing a lot of things that are beneficial to us in the long run.
Yet the only way to solve our problems is to face fear. We aren’t going to understand everything about the problem at first but if we give our best effort and take a shot at it, well learn more than when we didn’t take action.
And we own it to ourselves to progress and reduce our fear and anxiety whatever it may be. We own it to ourselves and those who believe in us to take action.
Look at your problems this week, and take action on them and you’ll reduce the fear and anxiety you have of them. And next time faced with a similar problem you’ll come out on top ready to face it.

Practice is essential to improve on anything. We can’t improve without it. It is essential for growth.
But practice isn’t always glamorous, it’s not always the easiest thing to do. Because practice requires patience, time, and effort.

In my personal experience what you continually practice, becomes a habit, and our habits mold us into who we are. That why we need to practice things that are beneficial and have positive outcomes
Read it again, write it again, try it again, do it again. Because again is the practice you need to improve your skill.
Look at each item on your to-do list and ask “Is this location truly necessary?”
