(Yes even grass & blinds have to be negotiated into contracts with new builds) —bring a realtor to new construction tours so you don’t move into a home without grass lol

Not only did they qualify for our downpayment assistance program and have their downpayment fully covered but, we were also able to negotiate having the sellers credit them $8,000 to go towards their closing costs!! On a home that was entirely remodeled and had brand new everything!!

After all that, they only had to bring $970 for their cash to close today!!! 🤯🤯🤯🤯
